Our Service Information:

Our rate for carry-ins is $50/hour with a $50 minimum.

Our rate for Onsite Service is $125/hour within a 30 mile radius and within our working hours. Please call us for more details if you require assistance outside working hours and holidays.

• If the problem is popups, viruses and spyware it will be capped at maximum of 4 hours. If the problem is severe enough to where the Operating System (OS) needs to be re-installed, it will be capped at 3 hours.
• DO NOT bring in your monitor, keyboard, mouse or any cords UNLESS they are related to the problem with your computer.
• If your PC is a laptop PLEASE BRING IN the power cord for it.
• We highly recommend that you have functional and updated Anti-virus and Anti-Spyware software on your PC. If you do not have them we offer several options to assist you with this.
• Please back-up all data on your PC before having it serviced. There is a possibility that some data may be lost in the servicing of your computer. If you need some data backed up by us we may be able to do so starting at a cost of $125, If we are not able to recover the data it is possible for us to use one of our partners to recover the data which they typically charge no less than $1000.
• Due to the possibly recurring nature of spyware/virus related issues, we are unable to provide warranty for this service.
