Limited Warranty

The Seller warrants for one full year, parts and labor on complete computer systems, 15 days on CPU and Memory, and 6 months on individually bought items (most products come with at least one year manufacture warranty, please consult with your sale representative for more details). Printers are warranted through manufactures.

Refund and Return Policy

Upon opening a retail package there will be a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise. There will be absolutely no refunds after 15 days of purchase. There is a $ 25.00 fee applied to any returned checks. Returned merchandise must be in their original packaging materials and must be accompanied by Sales receipt. Unitek Computers, Inc. will not accept any return or exchange of items if the UPC Code has been removed from packaging. Refund policy and this Limited Warranty are voided if product is damage or made defective by improper handling, Acts of God or use after purchase. No return or exchange on any open software.
